Our client has been busy developing new products and offerings that have continued to make life easier for our customers. We are in need of new members to help design out our training and instructional systems.

Responsibilities
 
  • Design and develop a range of learning experiences for our customers. Users range from corporate level to call center agents to in store employees.  Solutions include ILT, eLearning, blended learning, online job aids and other innovative knowledge transfer methods.
  • Participate in identifying an LMS and virtual classroom that meets specific audience needs, with scale in mind, and support implementation efforts.
  • Conduct statistical analyses to establish assessment development and validation, pass point setting, and assessment scoring.
  • Partner with cross-functional SMEs and conduct launch needs analysis and initial design.
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects establishing project priority, milestones, scope, goals, deliverables, resources, timing, etc.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure efficacy and accuracy of existing content.
 
Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and applying adult learning principles.
  • Expertise in designing/scripting sales, leadership and product related training and in creating micro learning (bite sized) video based training.
  • Proficient graphic design experience including expertise with design software such as illustrator, photoshop, premier and after effects a plus.
  • Experience designing and working with extreme modalities (gaming, mobile learning, podcasting etc.) preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Be creative, proactive, independent, responsible and demonstrate a high level of drive and enthusiasm.
