Your role

We are looking for a Head of Marketing Operations USA to join the team. Amongst many exciting challenges,
you will:
  • Define the operations strategy and targets for the US Operations Team
  • Hire, build and develop a high performing operations team for the US market
  • Develop new solutions and innovative ideas on how to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of your team
  • Introduce, develop and manage effective management structures and workflows to achieve operational targets
  • Continuously optimize our operations, monitoring core KPIs and defining corresponding actions
  • Partner and collaborate with our Global Operations and Product teams worldwide
  • Forecast and report back on operational KPIs to the executive management team
  • Partner closely with the executive management team to ensure they are strongly positioned in the industry

  • Degree in Business, Engineering or related subjects
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with minimum 2 years in a leading operations role within the field of online (retail) business
  • Experience in online marketing (SEO, SEA SMM) is a plus
  • Proven track record in building & motivating high-performing team
  • Extensive experience in outsourcing of services & managing remote teams
  • Highly motivated and self-driven to create and communicate a vision for the operations team
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven to be able to define, monitor and improve KPIs
  • Ability to bring structure to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and high interest in digital business models
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Natural team player across functions and regions
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, additional language would be a plus
