Mid-Level Marketing Manager


Reporting to the CRO, our marketing manager would manage the execution and implementation of all acquisition, retention and referral activities and initiatives across the organization. The marketing manager will support the CRO by using various tactics
to promote and educate users about the product, attract and retain customers, and grow share of game play with existing users. The position requires a person with an entrepreneurial mindset, a test-and- learn orientation, creativity and a deep quantitative skillset. The marketing manager’s chief objective is to have oversight of all aspects of marketing execution, including the creation of promotions, measurement of outcomes, increase in referral, and differentiation of all brands.

Essential Requirements
  • Solid understanding of business planning, marketing testing and reporting methodology
  • 2 – 3 years of experience implementing email, social and affiliate campaigns
  • Experience with customer life cycle and segmentation strategy
  • Creative thinker who can generate interesting promotions and write motivational copy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and proactively identify new projects
  • Ability to succinctly communicate both verbally and in writing, and provide clear direction on projects
  • Ability to interface with a wide range of internal teams
  • Excel and project management skills
