About the Role :

The Implementation and Integration Manager – serves as a key role, and is accountable for the successful integration and implementation of their software platform with customer EMR, Credit Card processing and insurance eligibility systems – automating the front office workflow for medical practices. This position requires a balance of project management, humor, hands-on technology, subtle communications, and impressive slight of hand. The role can be based either in one of our two offices or remotely from home.  The Implementation Integrations Manager –  is hands on, working directly with the client, analysts and developers alike to deliver a great software experience to our customers and their patients.

Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Manage client projects, working with cross functional teams to develop scope, statement of work and the execution of engagement to ensure success
  • Guide clients through implementation projects by providing expertise on:
    • Adapting front office workflows to meet customer’s unique needs
    • Technical support during initial go live warranty period
    • Managing specification & development of multilingual intake forms
    • Tracking billable consulting hours
    • Managing timelines across several multinational teams
  • Troubleshoot and triage potential issues to identify root cause
  • Provide input to Product Management and Product Development teams on client requests, product usage and usability, and general enhancement opportunities
  • Serve as primary customer account owner during the onboarding process of new customers and work collaboratively to transition post go-live relationship as appropriate
  • Work collaboratively in partnership to contribute to process improvements, tools or resources to enhance the client experience
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 2+ years on-the-job HL7 and or HIT integrations using API
  • Knowledge and experience with HL7 standards, interface engines, and HL7 message feeds
  • Exceptional client engagement - You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it.
  • Ability to learn new technology while gaining proficiency in several EMR/EHRs
  • Experience with HL7 and APIs, and third party services such as EMPI, EMRs, PMIS, Eligibility & Credit Card Gateways
  • Knowledge of clinical information systems such as EMR, MAR, PACS, Registration, OE, CPOE, etc.
  • The ability to gain proficiency in new technologies. From cloud everything, non-Microsoft work environment to implementations using FHIR & API.
